yoga mats, blocks,  strap and bolster

Esther Tzoumas - Early on, Esther felt that what was said in school and in her family was not the whole story. It has been a lifetime of unraveling false constructs with the intent to be authentic during her time on beautiful Gaia, aka, Mother Earth, and discovering that there is an “original plan” - a place of joy and knowingness. Going back to the original plan with a joyful heart, Esther felt inspired to share what she was learning and began working with children.

After exploring many religions, cultures, histories, and traveling around the world, Esther came to the conclusion that there is a common theme: “Original Instruction.” All of Creation is created by a force so great and mysterious that it makes us all family. And that force, which is within Creation, is beckoning us all to come back home.

Pam Medina, LMSW, is a Spirit Lover, and catalyst for remembering our Soul’s Purpose through the mindful ancient practices such as Yoga, meditation, cosmically conscious ceremony, and non-dualism. She teaches that we are already One. It is in community and communing with Nature that we reawaken to the Unchanging Truth of Unity - One Shared Existence. We return Home to Loving Awareness.
