Jin Shin Jyutsu is the ancient art of harmonizing the life energy in the body. It brings balance to the body's energies, which promotes optimal health and well-being, facilitating our own profound healing capacity. Maximum 15 participants.

This class is for those who seek to regulate, remember, and fine tune a life way as aware and awake Earth relatives by de-conditioning ourselves from the dominant cultural narrative of untoward interaction with the natural environment, to remember our natural relationship with Mother Earth.

Join us in creating a variety of projects using up-cycled materials that can be saved, collected or gathered.  Each week we will dive into a new project, to take home, as we learn how to preserve our planet, increase our creativity, effectively use our resources and make friends while having fun!
